They said since this was my first time sending money there was a security lock on my account & the money is not able to go thru by friends and family but it can go thru under “paying for an item or service” which I did before. They said this is the only way to send you the money which is SO frustrating. I just want to get the money to you at this point so I’d be willing to just do it thru Poshmark if you would like, I feel so bad about this
