Adjustable waist on interior with pull and button. Comes with extra buttons. NWT, but the tag fell off, still there, and did not cause any damage. Button wrists. Measurements: Pit to Pit: 18 inches. Waist: 15 inches. Inseam: 4 inches, longer shorts, to look like a skirt, crotch most likely won't come to the top of that area. Hip/waist to bottom of shorts: 15 inches. In love, just not my size.
