Michael Kors Ruffle Striped Midi Dress

Nice spring/summer dress. Cotton and viscose blend. Size XS but has a stretchy waist and shoulder straps. Out to pit is 18” waist is 12” and stretches to 18”. Missing the belt. Doesn’t really need one. Or you can throw your own style belt on there. In excellent condition. I believe the colors are blue and white. But it can also look gray and white. Let your eyes decide.
