I just saw the exact same thing on another
pair of these. You should do something about
letting the makers of Michael Kors shoes know
so they can have a recall on these shoes. It
looks like your heels didn't even touch the soles
of the shoes cause the soles are to far up to the
front of the shoes. So meanwhile the whole time you were walking on the back of the shoe
or there's a way that each time your heel hit
the sole something inside the sole was digging
into back of shoe

They just don’t fit me anymore. My feet grew after I gave birth to my baby. You don’t see that damage when wearing them, and they still have plenty of life left in them. Someone may be able to repair them too. I’m not sure why that happened though, they weren’t worn that much.
