Water resistant to 100 meters (300 feet), suitable for swimming and snorkeling but not diving. Band length is 9.5 inches / band width is 21 mm, watch weight = 5.76 ounces. I have 2 of these and both are NWT in excellent condition. I pulled the stem as to not run down the battery. Both watches keep excellent time.
