Questions? Leave a comment below! This is a beautiful bag. It’s been used quite a bunch, but fantastic quality. If anything the straps could be replaced. I haven’t had time to take it to Michael Kors. In regards to reconditioning. I believe they can swap out the straps. The bag itself is in perfect condition. No holes or ribs. The inside is very clean. A perfect bag if you wanna pop a laptop in it and head to work! I also have a matching wallet if you’re interested in purchasing!
