Top zip, plus front zip outside pocket for easy access to cell phone, keys, etc. Larger size will accommodate a small laptop. Four inner open pouch pockets, and one inside zippered pocket. Attached leather strap inside with key fob. Perfect for daily use. Gently used but too large for my regular use. I would rate this bag in excellent used condition (EUC). No mars, scratches, rips, tears or other defects to the leather. May be slight discoloration / scratches on the feet.
