Michael Kors Blue Silver Print Off the Shoulder Blouse Ruching Size Small

very cute blouse by Michael Kors, size small. this was my daughter's, she says she wore it only a few times. the fabric is lightweight and semi sheer, a leafy print two different shades of blue with a silver leaf print over top. no material tag, so I'm not sure what it is. the top can be worn on or off the shoulder and has stretchy ruching along the neckline, as well as at the hem and cuffs, so it is flowy. super cute and in excellent pre-owned condition. Approximate flat lay measurements chest, armpit to armpit 19.5" length, shoulder to hem 22"
