Crafted from high-quality black leather, these Michael Kors ankle booties feature a sleek, minimalist design with a rounded toe and 4” cone-height heel. Marked 39.5 but seem a bit smaller in my opinion. I think best for US 8.5 or 9. A couple small scuffs at bottom of heel but very unnoticeable and not distract from the beauty of the boots
