10 by 10 inches, 3 compartments, middle one being the zipper kind. There are also 4 slide and one zipper pockets inside. Bag is in excellent condition, it has the feeling of being stiff like when you buy a bag new. I do not know if this is a really dark Navy blue or black. I asked a few people and they all were not sure.
