Michael Aram Leaf Vine Trivet The leaf trivet has been designed by American metalware designer Michael Aram. Trained as a painter, sculptor and art historian, Aram has neatly applied his Fine Arts background to the decorative arts. Each piece is hand cast, forged and finished, ensuring no two pieces are ever alike. Small inclusions in the surface are characteristic of the handmade nature of the work and do not affect function. Artist's signature is cast into the underside of this beautiful trivet. Approximate measurements is 8" wide x .75" high. Bottom feet has felt pads to protect surfaces. Hand wash with mild detergent only with pan safe cleaning pad when needed. Not dishwasher safe. Avoid extended contact with reactive foods such as undiluted lemon juice, salt, mayonnaise or egg. Avoid detergents with lemon or any other acidic agents.
