Mica Vintage Leopard Print Midi Skirt, size 10, worn condition see description

This Mica Leopard Print Midi Skirt is an adorable vintage find that still has some life left in it but has been well loved. It features a flutter hem on a sheer leopard patterned overlay over a solid black attached slip skirt. This item was made in the USA in the 1990s by the brand Los Angeles brand Mica which closed in 2005. The condition could definitely be better hence the lower price point. There is some visible color fading in places as well as several pulls in the skirt which are shown in the attached photos. The brand tag is slightly detached but could easily be sewn back on. I feel like someone creative with upcycling or just a fan of 1990s fashion could do something with the piece so I don’t want to throw it away.
