Miami from Francesca's striped romper

Double v-neck romper with tie at back neck and fabric belt. Waist is elastic. Front bodice and shorts are lined. NWT but tag is marked. Stain on inner shoulder fabric that I have not attempted to treat. Approximate measurements: 16.5" underarm to underarm (flexible based on neckline shape) 13" waist flat lay, unstretched 2.75" inseam
