Miami University Red Crop Top with Cut Outs

DIY - this top is amazing & completely one of a kind. Great for stylish school spirit. I cut out slits in the fabric and changed the hem (the hem on the neck isn’t raw - it’s sealed at the top - but the bottom is raw). The red is a deeper color than bright red, but It is still a true red color. There is red mesh fabric covering the holes (attached on inside of shirt). Completely washable!
