read why the price change in description, Large one is approximately 23’tall , and the smaller one is approximately 14.5’ tall , with hook close panel door for opening , inside lantern is a flat bottom for pillar candle or a hook attached to the top of lantern to hang lights, both lanterns have clear glass panels with removable matte film panels that enhance the lighting to look like stars ( don't use real flame candles as the heat my melt the film) , slight wear from use shown in photos is very minimal. these are heavy lanterns that are not cheaply manufactured, the shipping cost will have to be upgraded due to the weight & size of package. these were used in a inclosed patio protected from the weather & stored in temperature controlled storage when not being used. these could be repainted if red isn't your vibe, see all photos for details , its confirmed I did purchase these from pier one in 2003, the weight of these will exceed the 5 pound limit so a higher weight label will need to be purchased by me so the cost of the label is added in into the price. estimated upgraded label $20 to $30 dollars , also these have a film over the windows thats removable that make the light twinkle like stars , these are free standing but could be hung ,
