Metal Clam Shell Purse

Vintage golden scallop style clamshell purse. Chain strap folds in to serve as a clutch if desired. Lined in velvet, some makeup markings inside. Made in Italy. Possibly Cellini, but not marked. Purse is approx 7” tall x 6.5” wide x 2.5” deep at largest areas. Chain has about 16” drop. Dents, scratches and rubbing of gold color exist, but this is consistent with age and use.
