Mestiza New York Blue Stripe Victoria dress Strapless Convertible- zipper to remove bottom skirt layer Color: baby blue stripes and white ( not bright white) Size: 6- please read description regarding bust size Measurements laying flat: Across the chest: 15”- I would not recommend this dress for a larger bust- I could not zip it up fully on the mannequin- see photo. Length- with bottom skirt layer- 44” Length- with bottom layer removed-31” front, 35” back Material- cotton and spandex ( minimal stretch) NWT- retail $595 This dress is everything!! Romantic, the layers gently fold and flow with ease Heavy duty zipper to remove bottom skirt layer if desired I could imagine this dress for a wedding guest, a garden party, Kentucky derby with a statement hat!! This reminds me a southern belle! So pretty and well made!
