Messenger Bag Handbag Shoulder Bag Purse Pouch Vintage Upholstery Embroidered Bird Adjustable Crossbody Bag Blue OOAK Crossbody messenger bag with Adjustable strap. Made from heavy deep blue linen and vintage upholstery fabric with a vintage cotton lining. The front flap features a piece of vintage open weave upholstery with a large bird and flowers in shades of brown, rust, gold and blue. The fabric image has been enhanced with hand embroidery and beading. There is a vintage broach in brass as an accent on the front flap as well. Along the strap are three large vintage buttons to allow for adjusting from a regular shoulder bag, to a shoulder bag that hangs closer to the hip or a full crossbody fit, hanging low to one side. This has been a long labor of love and this bag is ready for it's forever home. Measures: 10.5" T x 9.5"W x 3"D x 14"/21"/26" to the shoulder. My most favorite thing to do is to remake cast-off items into something new and fun to use. I have been reworking garments and using vintage fabrics in my clothing creations for many, many years. I work hard to hunt down materials, find the cast-off clothing (some old, some new but unwanted), clean, and repair all items before recreating them. You will find only completely unique pieces in my shop because everything is made as I go, using things up and keeping them out of the landfills.
