Meshki Vinyl Patent Leather Beige Mini Skirt

Patent leather beige mini skirt in good used condition, super shiny and cute! Wish I could keep but a bit too small for me, please see measurements/size chart. There are a couple tiny blemishes on the back, please see last 2 pics. It's really hard to see when the skirt is being worn, pricing is based on condition.
