Meshki Stacie Pleated Halter Maxi Dress Ivory

Reposhing this item I purchased from @amy_rubio19. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Wore this for my rehearsal dinner and felt so beautiful! My tailor removed the halter straps to make the dress strapless, which worked so well! The top has an adhesive lining so it works perfectly as a strapless.
