Merona funky pattern skirt

Pencil skirt green citron white sky blue and mainly navy background color. Lovely pencil skirt. Lining. Love these pants but they don't fit anymore. The clasp/zipper in on the side Waist 15 in laid flat, top waist to hem 20.5 in 2.5 inch block on waist 6 in back slit down the middle back. EUC never put in the dryer, laid flat to dry. No rips stain or holes. No issues just doesn't fit anymore. A line pencil mix fit fitted but not true pencil
