I'm a 32H and I can wear it because the wrap allows you to cinch it up and still have room where you need it. Attached sash belt. 39" from shoulder to hem. 16" across bust. 14" across waist, but can expand as it is a true wrap dress. 13" sleeves, 3/4 sleeves.
