Mermaid Tail and Sailor Hat Halloween Costume

Dark Coral and gold mermaid tail. Tail has movable boning pieces to shape it. Lace up backing. Top of tail measuring at 26 inches. SIZE: Large it is adjustable. Sailor Cap is one-size-fits-most. It does have some sewing issues on the back velcro(see photos). It isn't a major issue, just something to note. See the photos for measurements. It does have adjustable velcor back. NWOT, in GOOD condition. In original packaging.
