Mermaid Style Elastic Waist Petticoat

Bridal solutions brand size M/L mermaid style petticoat, new in bag. Trumpet style tall waist petticoat, with a slit in the base to make walking easier. This waist is very stretchy, but I didn't take stretched out measurements. This was only taken out of its bag for pictures and is back in its original bag. Flat measurements: 13.5" waist 19.5" long tube from waist to top of the tulle 19" long under-tulle skirt 34" across in its fluffed but not max-fluffed form as pictured above
