Mermaid Dog Costume

Mermaid Halloween costume for pets. Size small. Worn once for less than 30 minutes at a dog show. In good condition, just has small knick in fabric (shown in last picture). Velcro closure. Not sure what brand it is but I believe I purchased it from Meijer.
