jo_haring @marieww the netting was purchased at Michael's. I bought plastic seaweed from the pet store. My husband fishes so I had lots of lures and shells. Thanks for your interest. I suppose if you're in desperate need I would sell it to you.

jo_haring @marieww yes, you're welcome to keep in touch. I would probably charge $50.00 for it since it is the centerpiece of the costume. The shoulder has an epaulet of the seaweed and the pieces are used to thread the net together at the bottom.
