ok sizing is going to be hard on this it will fit a variety I would say! I am a size 0 and I could squeeze into this but I would say this would fit kids 10 to woman's size 0 comfortable this is long! idk what this is if it's a blanket ( very thin ) or skirt ( you could walk in it it snaps open and shut as you can see on pics. use your imitation. it's cute for pictures or a costume! the tag says 130? idk if that's outside us sizing or what. sorry all I have for you.
