NWT Mercuryduo high waist flare maxi skirt, floral pattern, japanese sweet and elegant style. I only tried on and it doesn’t fit me. Bought from Runway Channel online store and shipped to US. Size is a Japanese M, waist 26 - 27 with some rubber. I am usually a US size 6 and this is too tight for me, so I say this might be a US 2 to 4. Retail price is approximately $120.
