Merck Manual 1987 15th Edition Medical Reference College

Book is in excellent condition. However, there is a library stamp on the inside corner and the number 18 written on the end. No torn pages, no highlighter marks or notes inside. Please note: my camera is putting a dark spot in every photo. These are not from the book or its pages. Thanks for looking and message with any questions.
