sammie012777 Hello sweetie I received my package You took so much time putting everything into the box with the packing but the beautiful vase is broken badly so I'm going to continue looking through the box and see if there's anything else damaged I can't believe how the Postal Service handles pkgs when we put Fragile on them or Priority on them I think I deliberately try to destroy them

sammie012777 I wish we could hold the Postal Service I haven't even unwrapped it cuz it keeps breaking more in my hands so I'm not going to be unwrap it entirely The vase has been shattered into little pieces

billro1941 @sammie012777 could you please take a photo and file your case for a refund. Are all three pieces broken? I had wrapped in bubble wrap and stretch wrap and shredded paper. Please let me know if other pieces are also broken. If not, they will require you too ship back unbroken pieces for a full refund. Let me know. The candle stick should be fine since its wood. The owl I'm not sure about. Please Let me know .

sammie012777 @billro1941 the other 2 items are perfectly fine It's only the beautiful vase that was not just broken it was shattered It's my understanding that Posh is going to make me send back the entire order and I don't want to have to do that and I don't want to put a return on your record ~ it isn't your fault I'm thinking that if you have another item for the same price just send it to me is that something you're willing to do I just don't want it to go against you

sammie012777 Yes ma'am that's what I would like to do I love the other two items They're going to be beautiful in my new home and the vase was going to be beautiful as well I'm trying now to try to take pictures of it and I can't Thank God you put it down in the bubble wrap with the top facing inside the bag otherwise I don't know I would have had a big mess on my hands

If you want me to send you a piece of jewelry let me know which piece you like and send me your address. Will that work for you.?

sammie012777 @billro1941 yes ma'am that will work just fine I'll also go ahead and accept the package so that you can get paid instead of putting anything negative that will go against you I just emailed posh told him that I did not want to send back both the items that I wanted to keep the two items and I should also just keep the broken items because it is really bad now I just cut my finger on a piece of glass that poke thru the cellophane

billro1941 @sammie012777 offer reporting, unless you accept, they will require you to send all items back. If you want to keep other items. You have to tell them you will accept. If not then you will havecto send back and wait on me to receive them back then they will refund all of your money. Whatever you want to do. If you don't accept they will send you a label to send back.
