Mens/Unisex sweatpants, new without tags size 34" waist

New without tags, heather grey sweatpants (they lean toward darker grey). Size on tag says 36-38, but measuring shows 34.5" waist. I tried on for fit and am a 34" waist and they fit perfectly. Total length 38", inseam 28", they are what I would probably call a skinny jean type fit, they taper down the leg with a cuff at bottom. I have large calves and they are not too tight. 100% polyester material.
