beautylux2021 @genesismoral659 They are an 11 straight from the box but they run short in my opinion. I can usually wear a unisex men’s 11 but these are about a 1/2 size too short.

vdbevans Okay, and what store is that?Amazon? If you look at the stock photo that you posted the shoe is different than the one you sold. The one you sold doesn’t have the Ugg Branding on the strap and the sole is different as well. There’s added wording to the sole of the shoe you sold. If you look up the stock photos on every reputable store that sells them they are as pictured in your stock photo not as your item.

beautylux2021 @vdbevans I physically walked into my local Uggs store and purchased these Uggs clogs love. They have never been worn. I have many pair of Uggs I love Uggs! These Uggs are 100% Authentic. I don’t buy Uggs from Amazon! I’m sorry whatever you’re going through but I wouldn’t lie about such a sensitive topic as this. Take the Uggs to an Ugg store love and enjoy your purchase.

beautylux2021 @vdbevans Please call the number to the Uggs store I purchased them from. Maybe there are two different styles. These were final sale. * The number to the Uggs store is in Dawsonville, Ga 706-890-3595. Quite possibly there may be different styles I was unaware of and I can understand your frustration. Please call the number and ask to speak to any manger and simply ask them to describe this model. I still have my receipt.

But once more they are very genuine and authentic and was purchased by me inside of an Ugg store. That is the truth. I care that you’re unhappy and wanted the other style.
