Mens vintage TOPPS stainless identification bracelet ID medical NOT engraved

This is a very cool vintage stainless identification bracket by TOPPS. Advertised in LIFE probably in the 60’s? Made in Japan. Stainless springs. Never engraved slight surface scratching in face and underside. Unstretched interior left to right is right at 2 1/4 inches.
