@chanay8 these pants are in excellent condition at a true XXL. That’s what I am and I wore them very comfortably couple x.
I understand exactly what you’re asking. I have fallen for an alleged XXL when they were A China XXL and could barely fit one leg in any of it and was horrified that they would be able to call it that. Essentially these pants like I described are a very light gauzey-cotton, perfect for summer coming, go either for comfort, style or an event such as the Renaissance Festival

My husband’s waist is 34 and his jeans. Would he be able to pull these pants off with his Viking pirate costume I don’t want them hanging down his legs that’s the main thing the shirt is long you know and goes over the top but the legs have to fit the right way.

@greyangelwitch the waist is elastic and although I’d already stated in previous dialogue w another Posher these are a true XXL they are in fact an ideal design to accommodate a range of size due to the elastic waist which measures: 15” across so 30” around* unstretched fitting smaller folk and -again- once stretched out can accommodate us larger folk..
The pant is designed to be airy & loose but the calves are controlled by lacing to -again- be as tightened -or- loosened as need be..😉
