Men's short sleeve size extra large blue button-down shirt

(This shirt tag say XL but my hubby tried it on he says it fits like a medium to a large ) This is a brand new with tags mens short sleeve extra large but fits way smaller lightweight shirt. The front buttons down the front all buttons are intact there are 2 button close pockets on the front chest the label says "wear first" 100% cotton. It has a bit of a distressed look to it which I think makes it look very unique
