The bronze tab with brown lettering found on Levi's 540 Comfort line jeans, which are men's jeans designed for stretch (Flex denim) and comfort sold from the mid-1980s to the early 2000s. GUC These jeans are missing the measurement tag. See picture of measurements and I also overlayed another pair of Levi’s 540 and they matched the width 34w and was a little bit longer in the leg 31L.
