In great condition! This tee is from the 90s and you won't find another. It is extremely rare. Richard Hell's first band was Television (formally known as Neon Boys), with Tom Verlaine. They were the first rock band to play at the iconic CBGB club in New York City. Hell also played in The Heartbreakers.
