Waist measures 12 inches (24) unstretched and I wore these when I was a 31 inch waist. 10 inch inseam and 16 inch outside length. Measurements are approximate and taken when the garment is laying flat. In looking at my other compression shorts by Under Armour, I'll guess that these are made from 87% Polyester and 13% Elastane, as they feel the same and were bought around the same time.
