Men's Turntec Leather White w/ Navy Trim Sneakers, Size 8

Men's Turntec Athletic Sneakers, Leather Upper, Size 8. Color is primarily white w/ a navy blue trim. I believe these are a leather upper but there are no markings as to composition. I am not familiar with all the different types of men's athletic shoes, but I believe these have gel heels for running support? These sneakers are new without tags. There are two very small spots on the right outer sneaker. Please see last photo. No box.
