Sexy men’s speedo swim brief baby blue. Running 2 sizes small. The tag says Large. I am putting them in my closet as SMALL. The sides are 1 and 1/2 inches wide. The waist is measuring anywhere from 26-28” depending on how tight or loose you prefer. They could go 29” also. NWT. extra lining in the front.
