Item has been worn a few times, but kept in great condition in a smoke-free and pet-free home. The final picture shows two very small spots that is down near the bottom of the front (around belly button level) I am 5’10 and ~160 lbs with a slim build, if you’re looking for a comparison for a comfortable fit, but can provide measurements upon request.
