This vest has at least 9 pockets! It's designed for travel, the idea is that once you get to security, you can just take off the vest and put it in the bin. All of your belongings stay safely in the pockets. No fumbling with keys, wallet, phone, there's even a big pocket in the back for your tablet, or for papers! Each pocket has a little label to suggest what it's for. What fun for the traveler! It is lightweight and could be worn with a t-shirt in warm weather, or under a jacket if it's cooler. This vest is in great condition, I think it was worn only once. Size medium is designed to fit chest sizes 38-40", according to the Scott eVest website.
