Mens S Grunt style Hoodie American flag S-M

Men’s hoodie Missing the drawstring in the hood Good pre owned condition I cannot find the size in this. I was told it’s a medium but it appears to be a small to me. Measures 23 inches across (pit to pit) 26 inches long Slight discoloration on the cuff of the sleeves. Please see last pic.
