Men's Peacoat - Size: Small

My husband has had this peacoat for a few years, but it no longer fits him. I do not recall where I purchased it, but the brand is "Troysmith". This jacket is probably made for a 38 men's chest. My husband is now a 42. The jacket is warm and has nylon in the sleeves to prevent bunching (see the 3rd photo).
