This jacket was produced for the Fall 2016 season. I think a men's XS would be worth trying. The only issue I could see is maybe the hips would be tight? But I doubt it. Since these are warm winter jackets, you'd likely be wearing sweaters etc underneath. If you are looking for the most flattering look, go for a women's Fitz Roy, because the men's will have excess room in the waist. But to me the men's is just fine.
