This jacket is 100 % Leather outer and 100 % polyester lining. Sleeve length is 25 " and jacket length is 33 " . It has three non functioning pockets on the front and is a 3 button closure. the back has a nice 10 " slit in the back . A wonderful soft leather in New condition with one small flaw on the back of the left sleeve which occured while unpacking item. It has been repaired and barely noticable as show in picture. Measure are about a 42 but check yourneed for sleeve lenght and jacket length .
