Can you post more photos of the actual shoes, specifically a profile of the heel on both shoes and the soles?
What’s the use of buying a shoe and having to take it in to a cobbler to be re-soled or repaired?
Not your fault, but it’s happened to me before. The entire sole to the shoe had delaminated from the upper and the seller attributed the defect to humidity changes during shipping and I live in the desert. Hmmmm

@craiggerlaws I’m traveling for work currently. I’ll be home this evening and I can take more pictures then. These shoes have never been worn so they’re in perfect condition.
