kuehlmartin Olay. I just checked my 8 Arrow dress shirts collar sizes. They're 17 1/2. Now mine just read 17 1/2. Where as yours reads 17. 17 1/2. My 8 Arrow dress shirts were purchased from Kmart back in 2001. They're in excellent condition I take very good care of them I have them & all of my many many dress shirts dry cleaned only
