This Melody in Motion figurine features a delightful clown who lost his balloons (BALLOONS ARE MISSING). The clown's head is made of porcelain and moves while it whistles a cheerful tune. The piece is part of the Waco collection and was made in Japan. The clown is decorated with vibrant colors and would make a great addition to any clown or circus-themed collection. The figurine is in great shape and has been well-cared for (With exception of missing balloons.
