True to Size, runs wide. Love them so much I bought them even though they are too wide for my extremely narrow feet. Tried to make it work with gel pads and didn’t work out. My loss is your gain lol. Only wore out a few times. Slight imperfection as shown. I can leave the gel pads in or take them out. Won’t damage the sole for sure actually kept them new. :)
